Saved people serve people... This is one of the pillars of our church.  The Mountain View Family is active in many ministries in which we serve those in the community in which we live.   Listed are only a couple of ways in which serving is available at Mountain View Church.

Service

As we connect with God and grow in our faith we seek to partner with God and each other in loving our neighbor.   If you are looking for a place to serve, Mountain View is ready to help equip you for ministry, and Dayton and beyond is ready to benefit from your gifts!

Recovery @ Dayton - Every Thursday night at 7 p.m. a group of people seeking healing from life's hurts, habits and hang-ups as well as folks seeking to better understand the 12 Steps from a Christian perspective meet together to grow in their faith and enjoy a time of strength building and healing. Each week a free dinner is served, followed by a dynamic worship service and ending the night with break-out support groups for men and women struggling with chemical addiction, co-dependency, grief/ loss, sexual integrity, and more.   Child care provided.

Homeless Ministry - When bad weather hits our doors remain open to assist those in need.   The people of Mountain View are quick to show Christ's love to those in our community who need a helping hand.

And much more!
